Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Jom GlampBase. We strive to provide you with the best glamping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your stay, we're here to help.

1. Reservation Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Guest:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 4 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 and 3 days before the check-in date will receive a [percentage]% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 4 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Jom GlampBase:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. We may also offer alternative dates or accommodations.

2. Early Departures

If you choose to leave earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

3. No-Shows

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Changes to Reservations

  • Date Changes: Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Date changes must be made at least [B] days before the original check-in date.
  • Accommodation Changes: Requests to change accommodations within the same stay period are subject to availability and any difference in price must be paid by the guest.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of emergencies such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond your control, please contact us immediately. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable solution.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
