1. Booking and Payment

Reservations:

  • To make a reservation, please visit our Site and follow the booking instructions.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our Site.
  • All payments are processed securely.

2. Pricing

Currency:

  • All prices are listed in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes:

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, prices for confirmed reservations will not be affected.

Promotions and Discounts:

  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions. These offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Confirmation

Booking Confirmation:

  • Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
  • Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Guest-Initiated Changes:

  • Requests to change reservation dates or accommodations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • All change requests must be made at least 4 days prior to the check-in date.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 4 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 2 and 3 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within [1] days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Jom GlampBase-Initiated Changes or Cancellations:

  • In the event that we need to make changes to your reservation or cancel it, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In:

  • Check-in time is from 2PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Check-Out:

  • Check-out time is by 12PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Damage and Liability:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodations or property during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest's account.

Conduct:

  • We expect guests to behave in a respectful and considerate manner. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest's behavior is deemed unacceptable.
